Upper Raritan Watershed Association’s (URWA) mission is to secure the environmental future of the Upper Raritan Watershed through advocacy, land preservation, education and research. The Association provides municipalities detailed environmental analyses, guidance for sound environmental planning and restoration assistance where needed. URWA preserves open space through a conservation easement program, provides educational programs to local citizens, schools and scout troops, and serves as the region’s environmental watchdog.
